You are looking at a rare and hard-to-find 1991 Tuff Stuff Postcard of Michael Jordan, #5 in a PSA 10. LOW POP cards that are highly scrutinized with regards to grading. Tuff Stuff postcards were inserted into editions of the magazine and were hand-cut. The likelihood of finding the magazines in mint condition were tough, finding them with properly cut postcards and in high-grade are even tougher to find. Card shows Jordan in his Nike Air Jordan IV's casually nailing a jumpshot over Glenn Doc Rivers.
